Great app!
Love that you can save multiple loan scenarios. The ability to change one variable at a time is helpful to figure out the result of different loan options. Developer has another app that includes this and other financial tools.

Missing key feature
Almost there... But not quite. Although a nice user interface this app is missing a key feature; being able to show the amortization schedule based upon additional monthly principal payments. Save your money and just use a calculator or spreadsheet instead.
